Cancellation Policy

Introduction
Thank you for choosing Ari.Tours for your diving safari adventure aboard the Ari Queen. We understand that plans can change, and we have established the following cancellation and refund policies to ensure transparency and fairness for all our guests.
Please read this policy carefully before making your booking. By confirming your reservation with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined below.
Payment & Refund Terms
The following payment terms apply to all bookings:
Deposit: A 30% non-refundable payment is required at the time of booking confirmation to secure your reservation.
Balance Payment: The remaining 70% balance must be paid 60 days prior to the beginning of the cruise.
Required Information: Name, number of dives, nationality, and arrival/departure flight details must be provided at the time of booking.
Special Requirements: Any special food requirements or dietary restrictions must be advised prior to the beginning of the cruise.
Cancellation Terms
We understand that circumstances may require you to cancel your booking. Please note the following cancellation charges:

| Less than 60 days before arrival | 100% of full payment |
| No shows | 100% of full payment |
| Early departures | 100% of full payment |
Important: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and diving-related incidents.

We offer the following discounts to make your diving safari more accessible:

Travel Requirement: A valid passport is required to enter the Maldives. Please ensure your passport has at least 6 months validity from your date of arrival.
Modifications to Booking
If you need to modify your booking (such as changing dates or number of guests), please contact us as soon as possible. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges depending on the nature of the change and how close it is to your departure date.
Name changes on bookings may be permitted up to 30 days before departure, subject to a processing fee.
Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather conditions, political unrest, pandemics, or government restrictions), we reserve the right to modify or cancel trips. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule your trip or provide credit for future bookings. Standard cancellation penalties may be waived at our discretion.
