Welcome to Ari.Tours. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or using Ari.Tours, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Definitions

  • "Company" refers to Ari.Tours, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates.
  • "Services" refers to diving tours, safari boat accommodations, and related activities organized in Ari Atoll, Maldives.
  • "User" or "Guest" refers to individuals who access or use our website or services.
  • "Booking" refers to a reservation made through our platform for Ari Queen safari boat accommodations and dive tour packages.
  • "Ari Queen" refers to our luxury safari boat featuring 12 premium rooms.
  • "Tour Package" refers to any diving tour, accommodation, or combined service offering provided by Ari.Tours.

Booking and Reservation Terms

Booking Process

All bookings made through Ari.Tours are subject to availability and confirmation. We operate the Ari Queen safari boat and organize all diving tours directly, providing you with a seamless experience from booking to completion.

Payment Terms

Payment terms for our tour packages are as follows:

  • A deposit of 30-50% of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking
  • The remaining balance is due 30 days before the tour departure date
  • For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required
  • All payments are processed securely through our payment partners
  • Prices are quoted in USD and include accommodation aboard Ari Queen and specified diving activities

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations 60+ days before departure: full refund minus 10% processing fee
  • Cancellations 30-60 days before departure: 50% refund
  • Cancellations 15-30 days before departure: 25% refund
  • Cancellations less than 15 days before departure: no refund
  • Special promotions and discounted tour packages may have stricter cancellation policies

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, or medical emergencies.

Diving Requirements and Safety

By booking a diving tour with Ari.Tours, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • All divers must hold a valid diving certification from a recognized agency (PADI, SSI, NAUI, etc.)
  • Guests must complete a medical questionnaire and diving liability waiver before participating
  • Diving activities are weather-dependent and may be modified or cancelled for safety reasons
  • Our dive guides reserve the right to refuse diving privileges to anyone deemed unfit or unsafe
  • Equipment rental is available; guests may bring their own equipment subject to inspection
  • Non-divers are welcome aboard Ari Queen and may participate in snorkeling activities

Guest Responsibilities

As a guest of Ari.Tours, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when making bookings
  • Arrive with valid travel documents (passports, visas, etc.)
  • Comply with all safety instructions provided by our crew and dive guides
  • Respect marine life and follow responsible diving practices
  • Follow all rules and regulations aboard the Ari Queen
  • Report any medical conditions that may affect your ability to dive
  • Respect other guests and maintain appropriate conduct
  • Not engage in any illegal activities or behavior that endangers others

Intellectual Property

All content on Ari.Tours, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Ari.Tours or our content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

While Ari.Tours operates with the highest safety standards and professional service:

  • We are not liable for injuries or accidents occurring during diving activities, though we maintain comprehensive insurance coverage
  • We cannot guarantee specific marine life sightings or diving conditions
  • We are not responsible for itinerary changes due to weather, sea conditions, or safety concerns
  • We are not liable for personal belongings lost or damaged during the tour
  • We are not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, or other travel disruptions beyond our control

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the use of our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific tour package in question.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ari.Tours and its officers, directors, employees, crew members, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, diving activities, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.

Privacy Policy

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Maldives, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Maldives.
